Manufactured at our facility in Atlanta GA, GID GLOWER is a durable, easy to apply, water based paint specially formulated that contains extremely high amounts of a top quality phosphorescent pigment that will glow in the dark even with one or two coats layers of application. The phosphorescent pigment absorbs light during the day and emits the absorbed light in darkness to make an intense glowing paint at total darkness night hence the name GLOW IN DARK GID GLOWER. It can be used as is but performs BEST when applied as a 3 layer system. The first coat is a white base or primer coat. that enhances the glow of the system. The second coat in this GLOWER layer and the third is a protective clear top coat to extend the life span and durability of the system.
