PLASTECH wb

Plastech wb is formulated and manufactured at our location in Atlanta, GA. PLASTECH wb is a water base, high build, high solids, cold applied thermoplastic coating in liquid form, that can be spray applied using conventional airless equipment. It contains special high solids acrylic latex that dries fast and is extremely durable. First coat to be spray applied at 30 wet mils and saturated with glass beads. Let the first coat dry and cure and remove excess glass beads. Apply the second coat, saturate with glass beads, let dry and cure. With two passes of paint, along with glass beads it will build up to 60 mils dry film thickness. The end result is the look and performance of conventional hot melt thermoplastic paints.
