Being solvent it dries extremely fast even in cold conditions. It forms an excellent bond to all substrates and its water proofing properties are excellent. Also use to water proof and seal areas on metal roofs around skylights, cracks, seams, vents, drains, metal joints, etc. Can be used with roof fabric for extra strength, stability and protection.
