US Ribbon Stencil

US patriotic ribbon proudly manufactured by USSC at its facility in Atlanta, GA. It comes traced out on a durable yet fold-able one piece plastic that is 8 mils thick. The stencil is conveniently shipped folded in a cardboard box. Once the packaged is received, just open the box and unfold the stencil. Lay it out on where you want to paint the ribbon and from there it becomes easy and self explanatory. Enclosed with the stencil is a printout, a mock drawing on how the finished stencil should look like. Fill in / paint the outline cut out dots on the plastic. Lift the plastic stencil and then connect the dots and fill in the Red, White and Blue paint. Once you see how its taking shape you can use your own skills and imagination to put in shades, borders and colors.
